Team Access

Team Access lets you invite teammates into your GMBMantra account and control exactly what each person can see and do, location by location. It is built for agencies and multi-person businesses that need more than one login without sharing credentials.

What you can do

  • Invite members to the specific locations they manage.
  • Assign a role per location, so a person can be an editor on one client and a viewer on another.
  • Keep billing, settings, and AI automation owner-only.
  • Revoke access at any time. When you revoke a member, their access ends immediately and any report subscriptions they set up are paused.

Inviting a team member

  1. 1

    Open Team settings

Go to Settings, then Team. You will see your current members and pending invites.

  2. 2

    Send an invite

Enter the teammate's email, pick the locations they should access, and choose a role for those locations. They receive an email invite. If the email does not arrive, use Copy invite link to share it directly.

  3. 3

    They accept

The invite opens a sign-in with Google. Once they accept, they land in your workspace, scoped to only the locations you granted.

Roles and permissions

Each location grant carries a role. Roles map to a set of permissions such as replying to reviews, creating posts, editing the business profile, running heatmap scans, and managing reports. You can use the built-in roles or create custom roles in the Roles tab and pick exactly which permissions each role allows.

Pro Tip

Give the narrowest role that still lets the person do their job. You can always widen it later.

How members experience the workspace

A member switches into your workspace from the workspace switcher. They only see the locations you granted, and actions their role does not allow are hidden or blocked. Everything a member does that changes data is recorded against your account, with the member noted as the actor.

Billing for team members

Your first two team members are free. Beyond that, each active member costs a flat monthly rate in credits, billed to you, the account owner. If your balance is too low when a member's monthly charge is due, that member is suspended until you top up and retry. Removing a member stops future charges.
